All paintings sold at Tiarrea B. Artistry LLC are handmade and original. For that reason, all sales are final. No returns allowed.

You can always contact us with questions if for some reason you didn't received your item and we will do our best to try and resolved the matter.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

**ATTENTION PLEASE:

Once you make your purchase at check out, there is a small possibility that the transaction may show pending on your account statement twice or more times.

The extra pending charges are only a temporary hold and will drop off as soon as one business day but may take longer.

You will only be actually charged ONE time for the item you purchased.

This is a know Shopify issue and we are just working through it.to thr best of our ability.

We sincerely apologize if this causes any inconvenience for you as it may appear to be affecting your available credit for a day or so until the extra charge/charges drop off.
